  - Tkinter (Required for GUI operations only)

Packages required for automated report generation:
  - Numpy
  - Matplotlib
  - Pandas
  - SciPy


Download:

Infectious Pathogen Detector (IPD) can be downloaded from Infectious Pathogen Detector . Upon download, extract the zip folder. Open terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T) and get into the unzipped folder. Once in the unzipped folder, run 'bash install.sh' (You need to have root permissions)
