(RVD) is an in silico automated, GUI based tool to detect RNA virus from an individual or a group of samples in an unambiguous and reproducible manner using raw SPC files recorded by Raman spectrometer as input. RVD performs virus positivity prediction based on a prediction model, generated using 65 distinct features from the Raman spectra analysis.
